Professional work in all media must have been introduced into the marketplace between April 1, 2009 and December 31, 2010 and must have been designed or directed by a designer residing in the 11 state southeast region of the United states including Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia.
Student work in all media must have been completed for coursework between April 1, 2009 and December 31, 2010 while attending a school located in the 11 state southeast region including Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia.
TERMS OF SUBMISSION:
By submitting work to the competitions, the entrant acknowledges the right of AIGA Atlanta, Creative Know-Who, the SEED Awards, or other agents to use accepted work for reproduction in SEED-related publications and promotions, on website pages related to the SEED Awards, in the ensuing exhibition of the competitions’ selections, and for educational and AIGA-related promotional purposes. Television, film and video graphics will be duplicated by AIGA for exhibition purposes and for inclusion in the SEED Archives.
Where applicable, Gold SEED Winners of professional entries produced in 2010 who maintain an active AIGA membership through the end of March 2011 will be offered the option of entry into 365: AIGA Annual Design Competition, paid for by the SEED Awards and at no additional cost for entry to the eligible winners. (Winners selected for 365 must agree to 365 Terms of Submission and, if selected for 365 will be responsible for paying all 365 Production Fees, averaging $40-60 in 2010, and providing multiple archive copies of each winning submission as required by 365.)
